Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://shaysspotlessspaces.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Shays Spotless Spaces markets and arranges House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Cleaning Services, Maid Services, Housekeeping Service, Post Construction Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://shaysspotlessspaces.com is the property of Shays Spotless Spaces or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
No Warranties. Shays Spotless Spaces disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shays Spotless Spaces's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Shays Spotless Spaces in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Shays Spotless Spaces from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MO, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MO.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
